Irrigation Survey FAQs
How is the Irrigation Survey conducted?
The Irrigation Survey is conducted only once every five years, following the Census of Agriculture. Forms will be mailed to 35,000 producers nationwide on January 12, 2009. For the first time, 10,000 of the forms will be sent to horticulture and nursery operations. Recipients are required to complete and return their forms by February 17, 2009.
